while the overall property is nice....the folks that run this place are downright rude and they seem like they would actually rather you not be staying with them....it seems every time I spoke with them I was putting them out....There are soo many nice B&B's in the Fredericksburg area....no need to revisit this one....worst experience I've ever had at a...
