We stayed here one night so that we could go to Ikea which is about 3 blocks away. The whole area is filled with shops and restaurants. The decor of the hotel is modern. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was a very nice large flat panel. The bathroom was roomy as well as the shower. Would stay... more

Staying at the Aloft was a fun change of pace from the other hotels of this class. The hotel was very modern and had some great practical touches that I loved like a nice charging station in my room that I could plug my phone, Blackberry, ipod and computer into all at once with no problem. They also have an... more

This hotel is below average which is quite a surprise for a W. The rooms are tiny and dark. There is no comfortable place to sit unless you are working at the desk. There are no drawers to place items. The bathroom mirrors are difficult to use for close work. There is a very funky space for hanging your cloths,... more

This place is great. It's super modern and funky, with bright colours and trendy prints everywhere you look. The bar area is great for relaxing and has a pool table, free internet and even board games to keep you amused. There's a snack shop, and free chilled water with lemon and lime... delicious and very refreshing after a day hot... more

I was so excited to stay at the aloft Frisco. I'm in my 20's and travel every week for work. I get tired of the stuffy old hotel chains, so I was really looking forward to staying at the aloft. I arrived and it was noisy, pricy and rooms were confusing. It reminded me of a college bar you would... more

Fantastic hotel...ultra modern concept w/everything done as it should be. The rooms are great...comfy beds, cool layout, huge flat panel tv mounted to the wall, mini-fridge, super clean and well appointed. The lobby has a very cool bar, lounge with pool table and a nice breakfast area that includes a machine that makes lattes, double expresso and cappuccino coffee drinks.... more

In a sea of budget hotels that all look alike, ALoft is trying to stand out from the crowd as a more affordable "W" hotel experience. The hotel is nice enough, but the overt "theme-ing" feels contrived and silly. I mean, who in Texas uses "Aloha" as a greeting? Everything is branded and trademarked, and hotel staff seem to forget... more

We went for a weekend getaway! I loved this hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The Staff was Excellent - very friendly and helpful! If your looking for chic and modern, this is your hotel! The location was excellent - close to shopping centers and the Mall of course! The only Con that I seen in this hotel... more

Pros: Check-in was swift and hotel employees were friendly every time we saw them in passing not only checking in. The decor in the lobby, hallway, and rooms were very chic and hip. Parking was not a problem, didn't see a valet though. Huge HD tv. Maid seemed nice. Refrigerator in room. The cons: our room only had a shower,... more

Aloft Frisco is new and clean at the right price. The hotel is mainly self serve which for me was great. The bed was comfortable and the 42" flat screen was a plus. I was in town to shop at IKEA and this hotel was so close I could see the store. more
