This was my second time staying at the Frisco Holiday Inn, and I was still amazed at how nice the place is. The manager and I struck up a conversation during checkout. New facility, not too filled up, which was nice. Down side was a drearily empty restaurant, which I avoided after the first day. There are plenty of restaurants in a 1-2 mile radius, especially at Stonebriar Mall and along Preston Road. Front desk and bar staff are mostly young and, while helpful and friendly, could use a bit more time... more

Holiday Inn stepped up to the plate on this hotel. We were blown away at how beautiful this hotel is. The staff was super nice! Just stayed in this beautiful new Holiday Inn. Doesnt look at all like a Holiday Inn at all , but a W or a boutique hotel! New personnel made some mistakes but overall a great stay. more
