Location is awesome. Next door to Krogers. Stock up your in-room fridge with goodies. Walking distance to many restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything you will need. They allowed us to check in early after a long night of driving. Would definately recommend and will definately stay there again. more

We arrived to find that Best Western had not honored our reservation - despite guaranteeing a late check in - apparently they do not understand the meaning of "reservation" "confirmation" and "guarantee". Thank goodness we only stayed one night! Room smelled of urine and was very damp. Air conditioner went on and off every couple minutes and was very loud each time. Power went out several times even though surrounding hotels had power. Front desk manager did not care that our stay was terrible. more
