In my opinion the property is very run down. Peeling wallpaper, moldy shower curtains, carpet that hadn't been vacumed, etc. The list goes on. Check the user submitted photos for proof. I have to say that we did not enjoy our stay at avenue o. The sitting furniture in the bedroom was in bad shape (broken) and could not be used. Virtually every light fixture had at least one light bulb that was out. The room was dirty around the baseboards. The silverware and glasses used at breakfast were always dirty.... more
