Our room was redone in a zen style...awesome light design, chinese antique cabinet in bathroom, shells and water feature...awesome kitchen!! We loved the pool and grounds. Loved this place!! more
The permanent tenants of By the Sea are fun, lovely people, and the place is well located for sightseeing and beach access. Because units are individually owned, each owner is responsible for decor and upkeep. I'm sure that many of the units are well-kept, but I was in one that had not been well maintained. It was filthy! When my husband and I walked into this condo, we were so pleased with the perfect view of the Gulf, the beautifully decorated rooms, and the luxurious towels and sheets.
