“One more reason to love Gonzales!”

We initially visited Gonzales in search of Texas history... I love the old courthouses, my husband enjoys the old drinking establishments that are typically found on the courthouse squares. Recently spent three nights at this clean, friendly, comfortable place and were gratefully surprised to find a warm, accommodating staff; pleasant, comfortable surroundings, and a truly generous breakfast. Especially appreciated: a roll-in shower in the room and a handicap lift to ensure equal access for all to the immaculate pool. “Nice, comfortable stay”

This was our first time to stay at this property. The hotel staff person checking us in was friendly and efficient. The room was 'roomy', comfortable and clean. We got a good night's rest. We will stay here again.

We stayed here the 2nd night after an awful experience at Carefree motel across the street. I told the counter guy about our experience across the street and he went out of his way and gave us excellent customer service. He told us if our room was not up to standards he would refund our money because he wants us... More

I received a call from the hotel about mid day of arrival day confirming my reservation and late check-in. A nice touch, never had that done before. The staff was very friendly , rooms clean and the parking area was well lit and clean. My wife was very pleased with the facility. We will stay there again.

Came to Gonzales to check out their Come and Take It weekend and stayed here. It was a great stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. They made my visit to Gonzales a memorable one, and I can't wait to come back next year.
