We chose this guest house because we were in town to visit relatives in Gordonville. We needed to stay in a place with a full kitchen because we were travelling with toddlers and there are not too many restaurants or major grocery stores close by. To our surprise the house was very charming, clean and inviting. The kids loved the wrap around porch, enjoyed playing outside and saying hello to the longhorns, lots of things to explore. We are suburban city bumpkins, so it was a nice change to just lounge and relax on the porch out in the country. I'm not sure we could have found a nicer place. The owners (Bill and Terry) were so nice and hospitable - we knew we'd miss them when we left. And the breakfasts cooked and put together by Terry were so delicious, we felt spoiled every morning. more
