We enjoyed being so close to the local shops in Grapevine, as well as spas and wineries. Everything we wanted to do on our trip was so close. Garden Manor was very beautiful and Judy was a great host. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and loved the garden area! more

The Inn is an updated old home with 4 upstairs rooms, each differently and wonderfully decorated. The setting is intimate and romantic. Parties and weddings can be held in the beautiful garden. The keeper, Judy, prepares great breakfasts and does everything possible to keep the guests comfortable. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. more

With business right in Grapevine, two trips, total of 12 nights, could not have found a better place. Comfortable clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, relaxing garden for after hours and all within walking distance of several shops and dining establishments.
