Immediately encountered problem with rate. The hotel changed my rate from what my reservation was and failed to honor my tax exempt status after submitting the appropriate paperwork/documentation. Nice suite hotel near the DFW airport. Great location right across from Grapevine Mills Mall. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a coupon for a free appetizer at the Rainforest Cafe at the mall when I asked for directions. Very clean and comfortable. more

The location is it's best asset. It's close to airport, main roads & right on the property of Grapevine Mills. No restaurant or room service...so that is a plus.
