“Weekend Stay At America's Best”

The only issue at this time with this hotel was the construction on Loop 820 making access challenging. The room was large and very comfortable. Nisha, the manager, gave excellent customer service and was helpful with questions I had. Next time I'm in the Ft. Worth area, I'll stay here!

This is the worst hotel i've been to. Please do not stay here. I had some car trouble and travel issues driving from Houston to Dallas TX and unfortunately I was not able to reach the hotel?s location until around 4AM and it took an extra 30-45min of circling the area in order to find the hotel likely due to... “Worst Hotel on the Planet!!!”

We booked online through priceline.com and when we attempted to check in the receptionist told us that there were no reservations in our names and that she only had one room available that was exceptionally more expensive. Of course we had to call priceline to find out that this hotel had elected to have their reservation confirmations sent via fax.... More
