My extended family had three rooms. The recliner in one was broken. The boxspring frame was broken in another. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows are thin. After the first night we went to WalMart and bought an air bed, pillows and foam mattress toppers. Kitchen utensils were very minimal. We had to "borrow" items between our rooms to produce simple beverages and snacks. The entire place was very musty smelling. It definitely lacks good ventilation. Colors and decorating were tired and depressing. Continental breakfast is minimal and they don't have tea. Shuttle service to medical center is good. Reservation and booking system was poor. They didn't have the rooms available that we reserved. more
