I stayed at this property when I was traveling for a wedding. I was looking for something affordable but with enough amenities that I could get ready in my hotel room without having to pack things like hair dryer, etc. The La Quinta was surprisingly clean and tidy - nicer than most other limited-service hotels I've stayed in. I had appointments at Exxon/Mobile Brookhollow campus as well as several in downtown Houston. This Brookhollow hotel is next to Exxon/Mobile Campus and it only took 15 minutes to get to downtown Houston. The hotel is older, but in great shape with very comfortable rooms. The staff went out of their way to take care of our group and everyone... more

O.K, here goes...After 17-odd hours of driving, we were forced to stop at this place out of sheer exhaustion--I wouldn't have stayed if I had a choice. To sum it up, This room was horrible. Where to start? First off, for a 'non-smoking' room, this place was SO full of cigarette residue that even the clothes deep in my duffel... more

A hotel that is in walking distance to Sonic. The hotel is kindof hard to find the front to. The rooms are nice. They do have a fan in the room. The room was nice size, and they do have free local phone calls. They also accepts pets. more
