Shuttle had to be called twice, waited close to 40 minutes for a two mile run to the hotel. Driver was friendly and helpful. Hotel staff was not courteous. Found an insect in my bed and asked for clean linen or a new room. They gave us new room while I felt like I was putting housekeeping and maintenance out... More

Room was spacious, clean & quiet. Big TV with lots of channels. Shuttle is prompt & fast. Breakfast was better than expected with real oatmeal, eggs, bacon & french toast in addition to the usual cereals & breads. Second stay my room key wouldn't work, so they upgraded me to a suite/room for my inconvenience. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a basic hotel close to the George Bush International airport. We stayed one night and it served our purpose. Other than being close to the airport it is not a great location. Include breakfast was better than average for this class of hotle.
