This is the 4th time we have used this hotel and have been very pleased each time. If you are looking for a good value at an outstanding hotel, this is your best bet. more
For the money this hotel is worth it. The hotel is right near the entrance to the airport and the shuttle runs frequently. Kudos to housekeeping. more

We apologize for the length of time it took to pick you up from the airport. Depending on various situations (ie. airport is busy, down flights, and traffic around the airport) it might take a little bit longer than usual. I requested that the travel agent not book me at this hotel again. The shuttle driver took forever to pick us up and it seriously smelled like a wet dog in the hallway and in the room. There were hairs in the bathroom which creeped me out. more

I have always had great experiences at Country Inns & Suites, until I stayed in Houston. While the accomodations were sufficient, the desk clerks were rude, and they were condescending in a way that made you feel as though you were imagining their rude behavior. Thanks for submitting your review and giving me an inside look to my property. I'm often not able to find all problems due to my limited time and I appreciate the feedback. We have re-trained the whole front desk staff and replaced a few employees. Our number one priority will continue to be our guests.
My husband stayed here once over night to go to the airport, that was fine. This time we were here for 5 days and got a closer look. Couldn't wait to get out of there and go home.
