We had a horrible stay at the Crowne plaza in downtown, so after the Grandbabies birthday party in Humble we opted to go the 80.00 with free breakfast for Saturday night. “Looks can be deceiving!”

Looks like any other Wingate. But room quality is poor. Beds are hard and they only supply sheets and a cover a little heavier than a sheet. I left each morning of my 3 nights stay with a horrible back & neck ache. Room furnishing was cheap and partially put together. Definitely not like any Wingate I've stayed in before.... More

I recently stayed at the Wingate for 12 days on business and I wasn't impressed at all. I checked in on a Sunday and Monday morning when I took a shower there was only cold water. There was a problem with a heating coil in their boiler and by Monday evening the hot water was back on, so ok, stuff... More

I would like to start off by apologizing for the HUGE inconvenience that was caused by the hot water heater going out.
