In my numerous trips to Houston and staying at the HIlton Garden he has consistently been a welcome sight in the morning. He greets you daily and is very attentive to your needs. Hotel is comfortbale, reception staff is very helpful, restaurant staff is very kind and nice, they serve very good breakfasts. Pool is clean and was not overcrowded during my stay. more

The servers at the restaurant we the best. Very helpful and friendly. The AC in the rooms was not very good. Had to keep the curtains closed and could not get the temperature below 72. Found out it is not an AC unit but a water chiller. more

1st and last stay. Used the pool and tried to get towels for 1 hour, had to ask four times. Person came out to our table and addressed only our table and simply said pool is closed. Orbitz gave us a great deal. There was some hair on the sheets when we first got there but it wasn't that big of a problem. The bathroom was kind of small but not unbearable. They provided us with a mini fridge (that didn't stay that cool) and a microwave. The in-room movies were ridiculously priced and the room service... more
