I chose the Passport Inn because it is located across the street from the Kemah Boardwalk, a popular tourist attraction. Unfortunately, location is all this place has going for it. For $99 (the weekend rate), it is vastly overpriced. The room was shabby, with a door so ill-fitting that at least 1/4 inch of daylight was visible around it, carpet... more
