Celebrated my Dad's 88th birthday in Houston, 5 rooms for our family. The Hotel is beautiful, well located and the service excellent. My father is hearing impaired and the staff set up his tv for captions and bought him a hearing impaired phone for his room. All requests were met with courtesy and a smile.
