Clean rooms, but WiFi access didn't work in my room. Had to hang out in the main lobby to gain access to the Internet. Nothing like showing up at a boutique hotel for a conference being held across the street at 12:30 AM and being told the hotel had overbooked and was moving you. I have stayed here a number of times. The staff is superb, always bubbly and accomodating. The interior looks like an English pub or an elegant take on a ski lodge.
