I just stayed at this property and was pleased with every aspect. The bath tubs could use a remodel and they don't have a club room on the executive level, but other than that it was great. I walked to the mall and to eat every night. More

We had a another great get away with Hilton which has been my choice for many years. This place was very nice and enjoyed the room upgrade and as always the good treatment from the staff. More

Very welcoming hotel. Very personal attention from staff. Clean rooms well furnished. Great coffee machines within. Walking distance to the huge Galleria shopping centre, and they also offer a very convenient shuttle service back and forth. Shuttle will also drop you anywhere in a 2 mile radius if I recall. Food was ok, but not impressive. Overall great experience though. More

I first stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago but not since 2008 and nothing has changed meaning it is now all a bit tired. I booked a suite for what I thought was a very reasonable $250 but the carpet was faded and worn with a number of burn marks, the paintwork was scuffed and chipped, it was... More

I got a better rate, but the taxes were a killer. Every item had an excessive tax on it, right down to the room service. Staff was very nice, comfortable bed and clean linen- clean rooms. Great location, the hotel was full. My room was on the 3rd floor and my view was of a roof littered with cigarette butts... More

This Hotel is located in the Galleria area within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. I was disappointed with the Executive Lounge. The staff who manage the Lounge are not quick to keep food and supplies stocked nor are they very friendly. More

Nice sized room, fluffy towels, and really comfortable beds. Quiet rooms considering freeway is close by and traffic in the area. Staff is watchful and security aware. Food in executive lounge was OK. Decor is slightly dated but not worn or tired, almost retro. Car service is available within a 3 mile radius but ask in advance. More

The Hotel location is down town, walking distance from the Galleria Mall and all the shopping on Westheimer Rd. Rooms are big and spacious with separate bathtub and wash bowl/mirror. This works well, there is ample storage space for clothes. Big 42" TV, but no HD/digital channels. All rooms feature balcony and full length windows, a big plus. There is... More

overall are ok. Room is clean but the bathroom needs to be done up a little bit. Lack of basic amenities like ear plugs and room slippers. Hotel food is ok but not "wow". Service was ok. Concierge was helpful. I've been staying in Hilton around the world quite a little bit. After compare to other Hilton else where, this... More
