Everything was clean, in working order and the suite I had was very roomy. My only gripe is that internet is not included, but is availalabe for a high fee for the amount of time it was needed. It is near the Toyota center but there did not seem to be much nearby for a nice walk, rather it was... more

After seeing a great rate, I booked an executive suite. Excitement at the thought of spending a luxury weekend with my husband was at the forefront of my mind. After entering the room, my thoughts turned to: Are you kidding me??? This is not what I anticipated for a "luxury" hotel. Built in 1982, it obviously had not been updated.... more

We have been staying at the Four Seasons for a number of years. We have always found the service to be impeccable, extremely warm, caring and inviting. Every one remembers your name! This year we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it is fabulous. It's like a new hotel. They are still working on the hallway carpets... more

Worse Four Season Hotel I ever stayed!! Actually, no relation with the concept of Four Seasons worldwide… The staff have the approach of a 3 stars hotel, with too much talking and advertise very loud some “better rooms” at the check-in, housekeepers find’ it inside my Junior Suite at 8pm, right after check-in, telling me: ”hi, guys, came in, don’t... more

I have stayed at the four seasons 6 times in the past year and love this hotel It is perfect for business travellers, the rooms are big, luxurious and very comfortable. The hotel has one of the best gyms of any hotel in the world. more

I just stayed at the hotel for 7 days on business. The hotel is beautiful in all ways. I spent 4 glorious hours at the pool upon my arrival, relaxed and got ready for a busy work week. Breakfast room service had healthy and fresh selections and the complementary in town car service and nightly shoe shine makes life easy.... more

While in town to attend a friend's wedding (and rehearsal dinner) at the hotel, we took advantage of the opportunity to do some sightseeing as well. The concierge was extremely helpful. Were were able to use public transportation - convenient to the Hotel - to get to the Museum District. The room was cozy and comfortable and the bathroom good.... more

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was huge, bathroom exquisite and was just a block away from the George Brown Convention center. Staff was very nice, helpful and maid service was twice a day. Just a couple of things that I would make note of is that there was no coffee maker in the room ( although... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons Houston recently for the first time in several years and was surprised at how poorly the property had aged. It is in desperate need of renovation. The guest room furnishings are worn, and the decor is tired. Bathroom was small. There was a surprising amount of street noise heard in the room, even on... more

The minute you walk in the door, you can smell that the hotel is old. It has a stuffy feel and dark interior that seriously date it. That being said, the service was fantastic. They make sure that everything is taken care of and you feel right at home. I must say in this review that I ordered a steak... more
