My husband and I got a great deal on this hotel for the Fourth of July weekend...or so we thought. After getting terrible directions from the concierge, we arrived at the hotel only to find a completely overloaded valet staff. We had to stand outside the car with our bags for over ten minutes waiting just to give the keys... more

This hotel, located in downtown Houston, needs a thorough makeover. I stayed in a Deluxe King one evening, which was a large corner room, and a Moderate room the other night, which was a smaller room of about 280 sq ft. The rooms have unattractive floral print drapery, uninspired furniture and large armoires with clunky CRT televisions. The bathrooms have... more

We stayed at the Houston Four Seasons for a weekend because I was in a wedding. No one else at the wedding party was here and the wedding was not here, but we stayed here because we like the property and love the Four Seasons service. It was our second time to visit this hotel. We had a great time... more

Location is very good (for those wanting to be downtown), check-in was friendly and efficient and the lobby is calm and serene. Unfortunately, the hotel is showing some serious signs of aging. We upgraded from a standard room to a suite overlooking the pool and found the room to be average in terms of size and amenities. Bathrooms are small,... more

We stayed at the Four Seasons in downtown Houston in November 2008 for the Madonna concert at Minute Maid Park. We were very excited to get a Buy One Night, Get One Free rate considering the concert was sold out and Madonna stayed in the hotel. The special rate combined with the proximity to the park (10 minute walk) made... more

Ok - I like the Four Seasons - all of them. Many I have been to in the last several years all have the same service (excellent) which more than makes up for the fact that several of these properties (Houston, Austin, Dallas, Toronto, Palm Beach, Maui) are older properties, bordering on "tired". That doesn't bother me as much as... more

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel while in town on business. I found the location was useful for getting to meetings and the the room quite comfortable. Other positives would be the gym (plenty of equipment) and pool (a good size & nice patio surrounding). There`s a mall across the street, and it looks like several restaurants have been... more

A few times a year I travel to Houston on business - staying in the downtown area. Usually I stay here or at the Crowne Plaza if the 4 seasons is full/or the price is too high for my supervisor to approve. Upon arrival, the bellmen remember me and welcome me back, they open the door for me. Check-in is... more

Initially, we stayed at the Four Seasons only because the neighboring Hilton was unavailable. Lucky US! I can’t say enough good things about the Four Seasons! Wow! From the very first moment we set foot in the lobby, it was a good experience. The registration staff was courteous and efficient. Upon arrival, we asked about the possibility of upgrading our... more

This was the best hotel experience that I have had in a long time! The service was impeccable and the staff was very attentive. My expectations were exceeded. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the great happy hour they host on Thursday nights. There was so much to do in the downtown area, we had a great time exploring all... more
