I stay frequently at this hotel on business trips and they know how to look after their frequent travellers. That said, even without the perks of being a special guest, this is a very comfortable hotel. The design is interesting - an all glass facade surrounds a very large atrium, with a large pool of fish, and a waterside restaurant.... more

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Omni. Rooms are spacey, clean & well fitted out. The public areas are very pleasant & comfortable. I joined the frequent guest program that gives you free internet access & complimentary morning beverages delivered to your room. This was a great experience, nice and clean rooms and good service. The location is somewhat not so good, but they provide shuttle service to make up for it. This includes pick up and drop facility. more

Had a great experience during our 2-night stay at the Omni Houston Hotel Westside. Great staff. Omni-style, personalized service. Elegant, beautiful hotel. The indoor/outdoor parking garage is conveniently connected to the hotel lobby. The hotel is right off highway I-10 so it is easy to get in and out. We went to Omni Westside for a weekend getway. The staff was very friendly, and even upgraded our room! The hotel was very clean, and has spacious rooms. I would recomend this hotel to anyone. more

Terrific service, attention to detail. Upon learning it was a special occasion, staff sent us chilled champagne, strawberries, and a lovely small flower arrangement. Quiet corner room with robes. Breakfast buffet was delish with plenty of fresh berries, crepes made to order, etc. 3 story lobby with ponds + colorful koi swimming in the lobby ponds. Will return again soon.... more

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending one night at this hotel. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Hotel experience was great. Location is not for tourist. Not much in the immediate neighborhood. However, no one travels through Texas without a car! more
