I spent one night in this hotel during a cross-country business road trip with 40 of my employees. The hotel had a foul smell that smacked us in the face as we entered the lobby. Ok, my original hotel wasn't booked properly and they were full. So our office receptionist booked the Ramada hotel. I was skeptical. I pulled up to the building and it was surrounded by a gate that was not upkept. There were 3 security vehicles in the parking lot if that tells you any thing. I walked in and checked in.... more

This property is about 10-15 mins from Galleria including traffic jam. The king size bed is not really a king size. It's about full size.!! The overall quality of this property is about $40-45 per night. Not worthy to spent more than $70 to stay here. You guys should find another property with similar cost, but better quality. I recently held a meeting here for 20 people, using sleeping rooms and banquet service. The staff met our needs beyond expectation. Rooms have been refurbished and those requiring remodeling were not available. We were more than happy with the rooms, service and food. I highly recommend this hotel. more

Good location, but terrible hotel. The rooms were dirty; cracked toilet seat, stains in the bathtub. General disrepair thoughout the room; broken lamps, broken electrical recepticals. This hotel has fallen into a serious state of decay and disrepair. A constant overwhelming horrible unbearable musty odor permeated the room and ventilation system. The room was freezing cold upon entering because the air-conditioning had been turned on (in December!) and left on. There was visible black mold behind a door.
