My room was large, bed was very comfortable, elegant surroundings and clean. I loved the easy access to the Galleria. All meals at my conference and from room service were great! I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Great for shopping and hanging out at the Galleria. The traffic was frustrating so if you plan to come and go you may get frustrated. If you check in and never use the car again you will not be disappointed.

Very spacious, clean, 2 queen sized beds, great view of galleria. Room decor was updated and contemporary. Located inside the galleria shopping center. Had a very positive visit. Never had to leave the galleria for the weekend. Drawbacks: had to pay for Internet and valet fee was on the high side.

LOCK YOUR VALUABLES UP!!! The maid will steal from you if anything is left out or left behind. The elevator system was horrible and not more efficient than standard elevators. Especially with a large group. It's a rarity I send a negative review as this is my first negative review of a hotel and hopefully my last.
