The service is just terrible!!! The lady at the front desk is very rude. They do not have their own shutter as they are using the car park shutter. I waited at the airport for 90 minutes and I called three time to the hotel and they never bother to inform me about the third party shutter service. My advice... more

Had never stayed at a Super 8 before. Didn't expect much. Lobby was attractive and well-maintained. Room was very large. Bathroom appeared to have been remodeled recently. Nice tile work. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a little lacking - just very basic. more

This is a very nice motel, but it has terrible service. The motel is about 2 miles from the IAH airport. They claim they have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and you just need to tell the front desk 10 minutes before you would like to take it. Room was very clean, equiped with fridge, microwave, the bed was comfortable room was quite large. Hotel staff was very friendly, hotel has small but clean outdoor pool, early shuttle to the IAH airport, excellent value for the $$. Would stay there again and recommend it to others. more

Plus: Basic hotel great for one night stay. Large rooms, free 24 hour shuttle, breakfast, internet hook-up, local paper in lobby, and HBO. Very quiet no airplane noise. Clean large lobby.
