The staff was fantastic and punctual, even the new employees. I'm a regular and the new faces are adding a bright and exciting enviroment. They tend to your every need! I LOVE THE HYATT PLACE and I will hopefully be back soon.

Very nice hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Tv was nice size which my husband enjoyed. Nice sleeper sofa for the kids to sleep on. Very impressed. Breakfast had pretty much anything you could want - huge selection. We will definitely be back.

Loves this Hyatt Place. Convenient Location. Super clean and friendly service. Construction on 820 is a bummer but overall very good. Northeast Mall is super close and some great Tai food as well. No complaints whatsover. Great price as well.

This hotel is well located off of a major route in Texas. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The rooms are large with large comfortable sofa. There is a small fridge. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from DFW located right along side the major highway. I have stayed here in the past and once again I find it a very comfortable place lodge.
