This Courtyard has not been renovated and doesn't meet the standards of most of the Courtyards that you are used to. On the positive side, the staff was really helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was very clean. Internet access in the rooms is wired, tvs are old with limited channels. This property is ready for renovation. Location is... more

Outdated. Stuff growing in the toilet. Live lizard in bathroom. Poor value for the $. If you do have to stay there, avoid the Italian restaurant across the street unless you enjoy a smoke filled dirty dive. more

Avoid this hotel for business or pleasure, it is under renovation, everything is torn up. No security, SMELLS MUSTY, Beds are a real joke, 5" thick mattress, made for kids maybe but my back wouldn't dare sleep on them. I checked in and the same day checked out, after checking out a king room and a queen thinking one might... more

Instead of a king bed, I got two double beds. Also got an adapted room. Woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs. Beds not too comfortable. Towels feel like sandpaper. At 180USD per night, this is a real joke. more

I booked this room for 4-night stay during a business trip. 1. First of all the bed was so uncomfortable I could barely sleep at all. 2. The front desk forgot to give me my requested wake up call the second day causing me to miss a pretty important business engagement. 3. If you are travelling on business there is... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very clean hotel with everything we needed. Rooms are spaces, Lobby very comfortable, staff was extra helpful and caring, 24 hour free coffee, tea and lemon water. Snacks were available at the counter. Enjoyed Haagenn Dazs Ice cream at 3 am while watching big screen TV in the lobby. Breakfast was $10+ but we... more

On business, got a room that was below ground level. Room was clean and bed was fine. Breakfast runs you around $10.50 plus tip which ate into my per diem. Staff were excellent. more

I spent two nights at the Courtyard Las Colinas. My corporate client suggested it. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, who were quick to offer assistance, restaurant suggestions, etc. The hotel was clean and bright, and looks like it was either recently renovated or built. The room was very large with a balcony and space to work... more

Picked this one to stay for a business trip after a good experience with the one in San Antonio. This one is a bit shabbier, but the friendly staff made up for that. Beds are super comfy and love the choice of pillows. Great location...10 minutes to Market Center, near lots of restaurants and gas station/ fast food/ supermarket./ drug... more
