I was booked into the hotel by my wife, basely solely on the fact that it was where her cousin (who we were in Dallas to meet up with) was staying. When we arrived I was relieved to see the hotel looked fairly new, was clean and looked like it would be a good stay for our ~$125/night. Problem is... more

Customer Service: HORRIBLE!!! I arrived a few days after my husband who was attending seminar. He couldn't get out of it during the day to pick me up from the airport so I had to use the shuttle service from the airport. I had to wait at the airport for almost 2 HOURS!!!!! We stayed here during our city's evacuation from Gustav. The hotel looked brand new - front desk clerk was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. Rooms were nice and clean - conveniently arranged. This is a non-smoking hotel!! Breakfast was good - plenty choices. I would highly recommend this hotel!! It is close to the Las Colinas shopping area. more
