We stayed at this motel from May16-May20. There was a group of us staying at this place. It was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, around the toilet, the shower curtain was moldy, the carpet was nasty. It was awful!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not the fanciest, or most modern motel in Kerrville, but you can spend 2 to 3 times more for a room, and not get any better. The walls are a little thin, but it is the best buy in Kerrville for the money. Plan on staying there again in April for as much as 5 days. more

This is a very friendly, family owned motel that goes out of its way to please guests. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The continental breakfast is better than most.
