WE travel and stay in the Hiltons 3 weeks out of the month! I am very disappointed in the pricing that seems everywhere in Texas. I know that the hotels are not full during the week- wouldn't it be better to have more people at better pricing? This hotel was nice- but I was disappointed with the checki n service.

This was the 5th stay at this hotel in Killeen, I have stayed at 3 other hotels in Killeen and this is by far the best. Great breakfast, good sized rooms with great beds. The staff will make you feel welcome and always strives to make you stay enjoyable.

Stayed at the HGI for overnight business. Late arrival, but noticed it's a very nice facility. Room rate was surprisingly low...great value. Very courteous staff. Very good breakfast for the value. Highly recommended.

Location is a little trying to get to the first time, small pool area off the entrance which is nice. Restaurant inside is rather small and setup bad for the bar area. Rooms are nice, large and very clean. Staff was good without being intrusive. Would highly recommend this location.

This property is easy to spot from the freeway but the entrance is difficult to locate, the parking lot is well lit but the surrounding neighborhood seems pretty dicey so don't leave anything of value in your vehicle. Awesome staff. .Front Lobby was very warm and inviting . Made to order breakfast was delicious and the servers were very polite. Housekeeping staff very helpful with needed supplies.Front desk was quick to resolve printer issues in the business office.. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ft Hood .

I am very very picky, however the room was clean and I felt comfortable. The Hilton night service desk person is not personable, but the day time staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Difficult to locate on GPS, but ample parking available. The staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty. Housekeeping knocked a bit early for my taste, but were glad to come back at a later time. No real problems other than $1.90 charge on bill for phone call when no one used it.

Very close to many food establishments and shopping possibilities. Made to order breakfast was delicious and the servers were polite. Housekeeping staff were quick to solve an issue with a missing iron and ironing board and provide our children with a treat for our inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again when in the Killeen area.
