I recently stayed at the lewisville location. When my daughter & I checked in everything was fine until later that night. We found that our door did not lock. Even if you put on the safety latch from the inside someone could walk right in. We had been in & out of that room all day. We contacted the courtesy officer and she locked the door where no one could get in but this also meant that we would have to go to her room to so she could let us in ours. We tried to let out the sofa bed and found the mattress to be so filty that you would not let your dog lay on it. We also had the largest nasty stain on the carpet we had seen before - it was nasty. We were told that we could not get our door fixed until that monday morning - we checked in on saturday morning. I located the district manager and made a complaint - they came later that day to fix the door. I wanted out of the hotel all together - but they would not hear of giving my money back to me.
