I was very disappointed with this hotel. The handrail to get up the stairs was shoved into the wall. There was trash left sitting in the hallway on the carpet that leaked into carpet it had been drug through the hallway. This had been going on for awhile. The carpet was all stained from this procedure. It was dried and stunk. Door threshold was too high for transition in and out of room I kept tripping. Bathroom had toilet paper stuck in holes in walls, shower mat was very discolored, shower walls had fiberglass patches, and overhead was mildewed. Furniture handles were hanging off. No fitted sheets on the bed. This hotel was represented as a new hotel. I will always remember the name America's Best Value Inn & Suites.
