This is a great hotel. It is very clean and seemed brand new. The rooms are spacious. Our one King bedroom had a little couch and coffee table also. There is a Walmart about one block away. My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel during Hurricane Ike. We absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, smelled nice, the rooms were very nicely made up, and the bed was very comfy. We will definitely be booking this hotel again our next BBQ trip to Lockhart. more
First, the bad news: the Lockhart Best Western is the only real choice in town (check out the nearby other 2 to prove it). Secondly, more bad news: it is a terrible hotel. Construction was still incomplete in July 2007, so by its mere newness, it has all the potential to be THE decent local hotel. But the new building... more
I was staying at a terrible motel down the road from this one and they were kind enough to give me a great rate on a beautiful room. The breakfast is delicious and I slept so well. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Right across the parking lot from Walmart and Little Caesar's Pizza. Thanks! more
Excellent new hotel just what Lockhart needed. Would recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel features a complimentary hot breakfast, business center, exercise room and a wonderful pool and spa. more
