Pulled up to the hotel and thought - "Oh this is an older hotel with outdoor entrances". It looked clean and nice so I said what the heck. I walked into the lobby and it looked new, clean, modern, and the staff was nice. We didn't go to our room because we had to drive another hour to go to... more

This was an amazing hotel, I arrived at the front desk and was greeted by a very professional staff. Have stayed at this location 2 times in the past and have been very pleased. Desk help was very nice to deal with. Will be staying at this facility again within a week. more
If you are like me, you try to avoid outdoor entrance hotels for safety reasons and for convenience. There are no elevators and you have to climb stairs if you happen to be above the first floor. The Hampton Inn in Longview off 20 and Estes Parkway keeps up with the standard we've come to expect from the Hampton. I have traveled all over the state of Texas and have stayed in several Hampton Inns. This one by far is the best one I have ever stayed in.
