Overall, my experience was average to slightly above average at this hotel. I didn't find major cleanliness problem at this hotel compared to another hotel I stayed in Lubbock on the same trip. FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY!!! Oh yea, did I say FILTHY?! Bugs, hairs, food, tobacco, all found under comforter on sheets. As well as wet stains!! Bed obviously had only been made after previous guest. Did NOT change sheets!! Desk help, NO HELP! Weren't rude or mean. Just completely indifferent to our situation. I suspect they are used to hearing complaints. I... more

Big Disappointment---stayed here two nights about ten days apart. DON'T STAY HERE! First night came in late, left early--noticed several things wrong--but decided to give benefit of doubt--complained at desk--American staff courteous but helpless to fix.
