The staff really separated this hotel from any other business trip stay. Look for Jonathon, Todrick, Kymmie, and Lupe - great staff that made a work week stay feel a little bit like home. Plus, the afternoon spread they put on was great, added real value to the stay. My group will be back!

This hotel was not only clean and neat but the staff truely know the meaning of customer service. They are very attentive to the customers needs and it was a truely refreshing experience. Not only should the staff be praised but who ever trained them got it right.

Great hotel awesome staff, superior customer service. Even called the diamond line while there to compliment the staff. Suites are nice size with nice set up as well easy to get to convientient to other places.

I spent five nights in a very spacious and overly comfortable studio room. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire room was clean and felt like home. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Everything was great here. The hotel is just far enough back from the busy Loop that the traffic noise is not a factor. We appreciated having the free drinks, cookies and apples. We did not eat the free breakfast because we were eating with family. However, the breakfast at a Hampton is always varied and fresh.
