The place looks like a Motel that was converted to and Hotel. So they have rooms that are outside and some inside. The Hospitality was flat out awesome. The people seem to enjoy their work environment and they made the stay great. The rooms were clean. The management seems to have done a great job keeping this old hotel in... more

I began this mightmare by trying to call the hotel to book a three night stay at the hotel. It rang and rang, finally I was transfered to a Central booking agent. I reserved the room at the Conference rate for IEEE. I asked to received a Confirmation by E-mail, I never got it. I called the hotel to check... more

This experience had made me think twice about using services that don't let you see which hotel you are being booked into. I requested a 3-star hotel when using hotwire for this reservation. Apparently, this hotel has an indoor corridor and rooms that have doors on the outside. I was given a room on the outside. The hotel was an... more

This is the second time I have stayed at this property while in Lubbock on business, and I already booked another stay with my family so my kids can play in the pool area (as we'll be passing through Lubbock on a trip). Spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Extremely large atrium with indoor pool, fountain and cocktail lounge. As I... more

We traveled with a larger (12) group, reserved a king and they were out. Fine, this happens often I've found. Had to share a double with 2 other people. Desk didn't inform us it was a Handicap room which means NO COUNTER SPACE in bathroom and no bathtub. We were quoted a rate which we DID NOT RECEIVE and they... more

The rooms were good. They were clean and comfortable. The experience of scheduling and holding a business meeting there was horrible. The problems started when our company personnel started arriving for their overnite stay to attend the meeting the next morning. Almost none of the reservation numbers matched up with the proper room assignments and personnel when they arrived to... more

I believe this was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel I've ever stayed in. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels and much more expensive hotels, but never in a worse hotel. The desk clerk was busy when I arrived, (there was only one) and was busy answering phone calls, taking messages, communicating with the hotel... more

Good hotel for the money. In a good location over all. A must is to try to get a room on the inside! They are still working on the hotel but most of it is done. Good staff. In our room, the hot water wouldn't get hot, only warm! On the day we left, someone did get there things stolen... more

This hotel is an older hotel with a garden atrium similar to what they call a holidome. The hotel is under renovation and our room was beautiful. The public areas, according to the friendly front desk staff is scheduled to begin soon. The hotel has rooms accessible from the atrium area and rooms accessible from the outside. I am one... more
