They took an hour to check me in, even with a reservation... I had to find my own room via the housekeeping staff. They 'held' $1200 on my credit card in the first 2 days and continued to hold more money than I owed. The manager doesn't know anything, the front desk clerks don't know anything, the housekeeping staff take all your linens in the morning and doesn't return them until after 5 pm on some days. The front desk doesn't answer the phone for me to get my business calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. The room was fine, it was everything else that was unacceptable. more
