They took an hour to check me in, even with a reservation... I had to find my own room via the housekeeping staff. They 'held' $1200 on my credit card in the first 2 days and continued to hold more money than I owed. The manager doesn't know anything, the front desk clerks don't know anything, the housekeeping staff take... more
