Ah finally I get to recline - look up and there are spider webs all over the ceiling. Try to call manager - the phone had been involved in 1 too many fights I guess. The buttons were extremely hard to push and it took a few stabs at the 0 button before it finally connected. They were so sorry -- end of story. The phone was filthy. Ok make it through the night only finding 1 bug on me. As I was having a medical procedure that morning wanted a cleansing shower. I couldn't get the cold water on so I called for my husband.
After having to grab a towel to hold the knob with he finally got it to turn. Great! Well maybe not so great - not 1 drop of cold water ever came out! I have had complaints about not being able to get enough hot water before but NEVER have I had NO cold water in shower! Again they were so sorry. I am calling my credit card company today to see if I can get these charges cancelled. more
