Very nice, clean lobby and rooms. Helpful staff. The fresh baked cookies were a welcomed treat in the afternoon after a hard days work. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was always fresh. The staff was very accommodating.

The only complaints that I have are with the immediate friendliness and helpfulness of staff on arrival. After a few days they seemed to be more accommodating. Overall satisfied and will stay here if I am in the area for business.

We stayed here two nights, and found this hotel very relaxing. The staff members were helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. This was the perfect spot for our visit to historical sites in East Texas, and we will stay here again in the future. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet.

extremely clean. the only issue I had was with the maintenance man who was blocking the entrance of the hotel with a big trash bin. he refised to move it out of the way and did not apologize for being in the way. This was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Super nice staff. A/C unit was rather loud and everything else was A1. Extremely clean. Safe and good location. I travel weekly on business and this was a personal stay but every bit as nice as I would have expected for a business stay.

This hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. They even had biscuits and gravy. If you are going to Lufkin, Tx for the Crown Colony Golf Course it is nice, but I do not understand why they were rated #1 course in Texas for almost 8 years.
