Needing to spend a week in Marfa for work, Marfa Yellow door had everything I needed for a comfortable self catering stay. Being opposite the Get Go General Store and withing walking distance of all the galleries and foundations (especially Ballroom Marfa and Marfa Contemporary), the apartments are ideally located within the town. I found the accomodation comfortable, with more... More

This is a great little apartment! It was clean and comfortable, stocked with organic soaps and fluffy towels. There's parking in the back, a gas heater on the wall, a full kitchen, and free WiFi. The weather was very chilly when I was there (in January), but for warmer days, there's a cute patio outside the front door. It's in... More

Our time at Stay Marfa ( cobalt door) was fantastic ! Our room was very comfortable, super clean and quiet. We loved and used our backyard every single day and night The full kitchen was awesome and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals simple or more elaborate- one night we cooked up a steak dinner. The central location... More

We went to Marfa during a long, cold weekend. The "Yellow Door" apt was perfect for our visit. It's a mini- apartment equiped with a full kitchen, free wi-fi and a nice little patio. We wish we'd taken our dog because it was so pet-friendly. It was real windy one evening and the pilot light went out on the water... More

The Yellow Door is equivalent to the size of an efficiency apartment - maybe 400 sq. ft. It includes a kitchen with small gas stove, micro, full size fridge. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials - basic pots, glasses, silverware etc. There is a small, round table with two barstool chairs. The bed is a low, platform bed... More

My husband and I booked the smallest apartment, the Yellow Door, for our little get-away. The mattress is foam-style, and there is a full gas stove & oven, both of which we liked. The lighting to the living/sleeping area is by skylight, which was quite bright and blue. Here's the excellent service part: We found the main living area in... More

After doing a thorough Google Earth tour of Marfa and the available accommodations I decided that Stay Marfa would suit my needs for a three day stay without a car. The Get Go gourmet grocery is very close by and most of Marfa is within reasonable walking distance. Not planning to do a lot of cooking I took the Lime... More

Two thumbs up! nice, spacious, great location, very walkable and convenient to town. Small tvs (that we didn't watch), good size kitchen, full fridge and oven/stove. Nice patio, able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Decorated nicely, very comfortable. The shower heads (older, solidified with hard water) were the ONLY weakness of this place. I had severe food poisoning during my stay from bad food in las cruces, nm. the owners brought in extra blankets. they switched... More
