It has been the worst experience in the whole travel in Guatemala. Even if the hotel is well located in the island of Flores, the room was really horrible. This is really a nice hotel, but I think the enjoyment of your stay will really depend on the room that you get. The staff was courteous and accommodating. My room was modest, which was fine. Our intrepid Tikal guide Antonio recommended we stay here and we were not disappointed. We loved it! Our spacious room had 3 double beds, a large private balcony, A/C and celing fans, cable TV, and a good-sized bathroom with a fabulous shower....just what 3 weary gringas wanted after touring Tikal!
