We stayed one night in Posada dos Orillas in September 2008. We paid 75 euros + 7% VAT for a double room. the hotel is located up the hill in the old mediaeval Trujillo, so be careful when driving your car as the streets are very narrow. I'd call this a pretty hotel, with four poster beds, canopies and the works. Restaurant is nothing to write home about but staff were very pleasant.
