No doubt the hotel and rooms are brand-new and beautiful, but there are some major inconveniences and kinks to be worked out on the service front. This is not the place for privacy given the layout of the hotel. It's an L-shape, with the balconies all facing out onto each other and allowing one to look into the other rooms.... more
