We had to stay 2 nights near Kuta, Bali, and booked this hotel at a little travel agency at Bali airport. If photos can lie, they certainly did regarding this hotel. The "deluxe" room was shabby and bath room was really poor. No rooms in this hotel has windows! The "Cute pool", like the hotel brochure describes, was a small little pool in hotel's garage! Ridiculous. We did not even consider staying overnight but drove back to the airport and asked to get our money back. It turned out that the travel agency staff had not even seen this place by himself. Kuta area as such has terrible accommodation prices. With same money, somewhere else on the island, you get a real deluxe room or cottage. We like backpacker travelling and have been staying in really unexpensive, non-deluxe places, but this was the first place ever where we really did not want to stay at all. more
