The centre of Villeneuve in Serre Chevalier isn't exactly picturesque, but it's pleasant enough, and the Alpaga apartments were really comfortable and - for a group of three in a seven capacity apartment - spacious. Stayed here in March 2007 with a group of 7 including a couple, 3 girls and 2 guys. Unsurprisingly it was little cramped with one double room, 3 sofa beds and 2 bunks! A great Christmas skiing holiday in all. Apartments are fairly roomy, we had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a terrace, for four adults.
