Just came back from a short Easter break in Avoriaz. We were a group of 5 adults all staying in a single bedroom apartment [1 double bed in the bedroom and 3 beds in the living room].
We hadn’t intended to all stay in a single bedroom apartment situated at the lower/mid section of the resort but were forced to due to such a last minute booking. At the end of it all we were all glad we had. I hope the following information helps with your choice of accommodation:

Location:

I think the location was perfect. You can ski to and from the apartment. The ski lifts, ski rental shop, medical centre and restaurants just a few steps away. The supermarket together with more shops and restaurants could easily be accessed via a lift near the apartment block as well. The cable car transporting people to and from the resort is right in front of the apartment.
