Booked the Maeva les Combes in Reberty 1850 at last minute for a New Year ski getaway and was pleasantly surprised! Apartment was fairly basic and a little old/tired, but had a very well equipped kitchen, more comfortable than average beds, and stunning views from the balcony. There was always plenty of hot water and reception staff very friendly. The only down side was the one very slow lift.
I would, however, recommend booking the 5 bed, 24sq m apartment for a family of 4 - any smaller and it would have been a real squeeze.
Location could not have been better, ski in and ski out from the boot room and a chairlift right outside, with great links to the other valleys.
There is a supermarket next door and the ski shop, lift pass office and ski school office are within a minutes walk. The free shuttle bus which runs up and down to the centre of Les Menuires is a five minute walk away.
Overall excellent value for money. more
