Just spent a week in the resort. The staff were not very helpful or friendly, the food was average and almost always the same. Our room was very dirty especially the large deck we had was never cleaned and covered in bird droppings, the curtains and the window seat were filthy. We stayed at the Port Aventura hotel for one night on Sunday, June 28th. This is a very nice resort with attractive grounds, pools, etc. Our room was ok - it was clean, but nothing special and could use a little refurbishment.
