Very friendly staff; solved any problem that came up. No bother getting more pillows, toilet rolls etc. The entertainment staff were great (Bryan and Nina) and had lots of time for the children. Just came back yesterday and I have to say the satff are extremely friendly and helpful. Bryan and nina (entertainment staff) do an excellent job with their limited time and resources.
